You may use the website and free audit form for lawful business evaluation purposes. You may not abuse, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or verification controls.

You must only submit websites and business details that you are authorized to evaluate or that are publicly available for legitimate business research.

Free audit results are directional estimates based on public website signals, limited AI prompt checks, and automated scoring logic. Results may vary across AI systems, locations, personalization, time, and available public sources.

Guideward does not guarantee search rankings, AI recommendations, traffic, revenue, bookings, sales, or business outcomes.

The Deep AI Visibility Audit is a one-time audit. It provides directional AI/search visibility samples and practical recommendations, not ranking, revenue, traffic, booking, or sales guarantees.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case.

Any paid implementation, consulting, managed service, or custom development work should be covered by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work.

Until a paid agreement is signed, website content is informational and does not create a service engagement.

Guideward owns or licenses the website, brand assets, audit framework, copy, design, code, and service materials unless otherwise stated.

You retain rights to your own business name, website, and public business information.

The website is provided as is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Guideward is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or free audit preview.

If you need guaranteed obligations, security terms, confidentiality, support levels, or deliverables, those should be addressed in a separate paid agreement.
