Privacy Policy

When you submit a free or paid audit, we collect the business name, website, customer search angle, optional second search angle, city or service area, email address, public website scan results, and AI prompt-check results.

We may also receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser metadata, security challenge results, timestamps, and rate-limit signals needed to protect the service.

We use submitted information to run the requested audit, display the result, store an internal lead record, contact you about the result, prevent abuse, and improve Guideward services.

Free audit estimates are directional. We do not use them to make guaranteed ranking, revenue, compliance, financial, medical, or legal claims.

Guideward may use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, security checks, rate limiting, email delivery, and AI prompt checks. These providers process information only as needed to operate the website and audit workflow.

Current planned providers may include Vercel, Cloudflare Turnstile, Upstash, Resend, Stripe, Perplexity, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or other AI/search providers.

Guideward does not currently use advertising cookies. Security tools such as Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies or similar signals to detect abuse and verify that submissions are legitimate.

If analytics, advertising pixels, or customer accounts are added later, this policy should be updated before launch.

Audit records may be retained for follow-up, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and service improvement. You can request deletion or correction by emailing info@guideward.com.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, private customer data, passwords, health information, or confidential business data through the audit forms. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored directly by Guideward.
